wiki-work-android(이하 "이 앱")는 운영자 본인이 자기 구글 캘린더를 관리하려고 만든 개인용 도구입니다. 아래는 이 앱이 구글 사용자 데이터를 어떻게 다루는지에 대한 설명입니다.

1. 이 앱이 접근하는 구글 데이터

• 구글 캘린더 일정 정보: 제목, 시작·종료 시각, 장소, 종일 여부, 일정 ID.
• 구글 로그인 뒤에 받는 갱신 토큰(refresh token). 다시 로그인하지 않고 일정에 접근하는 데 쓰입니다.

요청하는 권한 범위는 https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events 하나입니다. 이메일 주소, 프로필, 연락처, 메일, 드라이브는 요청하지 않습니다.

2. 사용 목적

• 앱과 웹의 "오늘" 화면에 일정을 보여 주기.
• 채팅 요청에 따라 일정을 만들고, 옮기고, 지우고, 되돌리기.
• 곧 시작하는 일정과 아침 일정 요약을 운영자 본인의 디스코드 채널로 알리기.

광고, 판매, 분석, 프로필 만들기에는 쓰지 않습니다.

3. 저장과 처리

데이터는 운영자가 소유한 컴퓨터에서 처리합니다. 갱신 토큰은 그 컴퓨터의 파일에 소유자만 읽을 수 있는 권한으로 저장합니다. 일정 내용은 화면 표시와 되돌리기 기능을 위해 서버에 일시적으로 보관될 수 있습니다.

4. 제3자와의 공유

구글 사용자 데이터를 판매하거나 광고 목적으로 제공하지 않습니다. 기능을 제공하는 데 꼭 필요한 경우에만 아래 대상으로 데이터가 전달됩니다.

• 구글 캘린더 API (일정을 읽고 쓰기 위해).
• 운영자 본인의 디스코드 알림 채널 (일정 제목, 시각, 장소).
• 채팅 요청을 이해하기 위해 운영자가 고른 AI 모델. 운영자 컴퓨터에서 도는 모델일 수도 있고 외부 AI 모델 API일 수도 있습니다. 외부 모델을 고르면 요청 문장과 관련 일정 정보가 그 서비스에 전달될 수 있습니다.

이 앱은 구글 사용자 데이터를 AI 모델을 학습시키는 데 쓰지 않습니다.

5. 보관과 삭제

갱신 토큰은 운영자가 삭제하거나 권한을 취소할 때까지 보관됩니다. 언제든지 구글 계정의 연결된 앱 설정에서 이 앱의 접근 권한을 취소할 수 있습니다. 취소하면 토큰은 더 이상 쓸 수 없습니다. 데이터 삭제를 요청하려면 아래 연락처로 알려 주세요.

6. 구글 API 서비스 사용자 데이터 정책

wiki-work-android's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

English summary

• What: Google Calendar event data (title, start and end time, location, all-day flag, event ID) and an OAuth refresh token, through the single scope calendar.events.
• Why: to show the owner's schedule, to create, move, delete and undo events from chat, and to send reminders to the owner's own Discord channel.
• Where: processed on computers owned by the app's owner. The refresh token is kept in a file readable only by its owner. Event content may be held temporarily for display and undo.
• Sharing: no sale, no advertising. Data goes only to the Google Calendar API, the owner's own Discord channel, and the AI model the owner picks to understand chat requests (a model on the owner's own computers or an external model API).
• AI training: the app does not use Google user data to train AI models.
• Deletion: revoke access at myaccount.google.com/connections, or write to kighfk@gmail.com.
